WWE SENDS LEGAL WARNING TO TNA

Currently with TNA,
Nashville, TN (November 16, 2004) – World Wrestling Entertainment issued a letter to TNA Entertainment, LLC on November 11th demanding the surrender of video footage shot at Universal Studios on November 10th.

In the document sent by Bella Karakis, Vice President Intellectual Property, WWE informed TNA that in order to avoid any further legal action by WWE, TNA would need to agree not to use the video footage , surrender the video footage to WWE within 7 business days, and sign and return an acknowledgment form.

On November 10, while filming vignettes for TNA’s upcoming pay-per-view, “Turning Point”, TNA Superstars 3 Live Kru, Traci, Abyss and “The Franchise” Shane Douglas attempted to welcome Vince McMahon and WWE talent who were also at Universal Studios taping a commercial. Universal Studios is TNA’s home studio where iMPACT! and Xplosion are taped every week. The TNA Superstars brought cookies and balloons to greet WWE talent and staff who were taking a catering break outside in the common area of the studios.

TNA and the TNA Superstars involved are very disappointed with threats of legal action.

“Competition is great and makes the wrestling category stronger as a whole but obviously we are the only ones who feel that way,” “The Franchise” Shane Douglas said. “We attempted to extend a hand and were disappointed by the treatment we received in our own backyard.”

Here is some stuff with the undertaker's 14 year anniversary.Taker gets his revenge
CLEVELAND, OH – On the 14th anniversary of his WWE debut, Undertaker returned to even the score with the man who tried to put an end to his legendary career.

At No Mercy, Heidenreich attacked Undertaker, cost him his chance at the WWE Championship, and proceeded to shove him in a hearse headed out of the arena. In the parking lot, the bleached-blonde bully boarded a Ford Bronco, and rammed it straight into the hearse, leaving some wondering if the Deadman had finally met his maker.

Following a six-week absence, the ever-resilient Undertaker returned stronger than ever, and gave Heidenreich the fight of a lifetime. But to the surprise of many, after defeating his nemesis, the Deadman almost showed respect to his fallen foe, choosing to leave Heidenreich laying helpless in the ring, while posing on one knee.

“I don’t know if my victory was that fulfilling,” Taker said just moments after his brutal encounter, “because in the end, he did make it out of the arena on his own strength. Heidenreich is a different kind of being, and he’s just crazy enough to be a success in WWE. Tonight, he proved he was tough enough to be here.”

While Taker did pick up the all-important W, many fans were shock by the amount of punishment Heidenreich took. Prior to falling prey to the Tombstone piledriver, the Louisiana native managed to absorb both a Last Ride and a Chokeslam from Hell without allowing his shoulders to remain on the mat for a count of three.

“Quite honestly, I didn’t know what to expect from him, other than, I knew he was a deranged individual,” continued the man from Death Valley, Ca. “I had no idea he was as physically tough as he is, and I never would have imagined he’d of had the presence of mind to do what he did. He is a very eccentric, crazy, off-the-wall character, and today he proved that he has a place here in WWE.”

Now that he’s put an end to mastermind Paul Heyman’s latest effort to rid WWE of his presence, it would appear that Undertaker will be free to refocus his energy on the WWE Champion, John “Bradshaw” Layfield, whom he came close to beating on several occasions during the late summer and early fall. However with the heinous Heyman still scheming up ways to ruin the Deadman’s life, it will be interesting to see if Undertaker can capture his fifth World Title reign.
